The absolute worst office about getting back to you even if it’s an emergency!!! I do not know about all the office but unfortunately dr nightingales nurse “Whitney” avoid at all cost, actually she will avoid you and her job at all costs at the expense of you. Especially when the dr goes on vacation then calling in stat to speak to my nurse bc I need my doctor and she gives me the run around and doesn’t even call back. As a patient, his nurse is not worth how great he is...... I can’t even get results or a phone call from him bc his nurse is terrible at her job. She doesn’t care about people and it’s obvious. My medical condition has worsened since I’ve been a patient there.

Legal action threats/scam. Had an appoint on Feb 13. Insurance paid on Feb 30. Got a bill on Mar 3rd, and I dropped off a payment at thier office on that same Friday. My bank shows it was cashed on the 6th. I then received a letter on March 13 claiming they would SEEK LEGAL ACTION if I didn't give them another $186. I called them and the rep yelled at me when I asked if she wanted a copy of the receipt they gave me, or a copy of my bank statement. Then she insulted me and hung up on me. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THESE GUYS.

The Dr and nurses were terrific! Only issues were the receptionist was not friendly at all and my procedure was actually on Friday when she told me Thursday. Other than that, I loved the place! Dr was great for my procedure as well, and the anesthesiologist rocked as well. 9.9 points all around!
