        Unreliable. Unprofessional. Tech was an hour late, spent 5 minutes on the inspection with a repair quote of $3500. The sellers refused to use this company due to lack of confidence and brought out a different company and they repaired and cleaned the septic for a fraction of this price gouging estimate. Dont ever use this company. The owner made poor excuses for his tech (who was his brother) for dropping the ball and not sending the report on time and not returned my messages. Then when the report came in, it was a piece of paper with yes/no boxes to check and two sentences. Im infuriated by this poor business process. Then my buyer is charge $350 for the inspection.
