        The sell "white" tuna. Beware that there is no such thing as white tune. It's actually Escolar and can give you diarreah. It comes in almost all the sushi entrees. For these prices I shouldn't be getting ripped off by being served sub grade toxic fish that is banned in Japan. Edit: No they are NOT transparent that it's escarole. All the menu says is white tuna and that is also what the server said when we asked exactly what it was.

        Hands down best sushi in town. Make sure you order of the Chef's Menu (2013, Sun & Surf, Downtown rolls)

        We love this place! First time we came her it was a date night for my husband and I. I sent pictures of the food presentation and how much we like it, they all now come here too! Great place, yummy food and beverages.
