Paradigm Development Corp

Our office has been located at a Paradigm building for 13 years. Recently, they have gotten new management. Well, their management is terrible. In the 13 years we have been in this buidling, we have never had new paint or new carpet. Recently, we began discussing whether or not we should move or ask them to update things. After much discussion with Paradigm and looking around Tulsa, we found much more accomdating landlords in other location so we made the decision to move. We have been going through our office and have created a lot of trash. Paradigm tells us they can't help us carry the trash down to the dumpster. Hmmm...istn't that interesting since this is part of the cleaning fee we pay and someone takes out our trash every night. I realize we have a lot right now and will certainly help in the effort, but this is simply ridiculous!!! The previous maintenance folks were so helpful and always willing to lend a hand. Now, we get nothing but "No". All they care about is getting their money and screw you tenant. That's fine, you have only confirmed our move out decision. If anyone is thinking about renting space in a Paradigm building, I wouldn't recommend it.
