Generations Family Med Clinic

I am writing this review because I just got off the phone with this clinic. I have been a patient for over 10 yrs and every time I need med refills they state I have to be seen . Mind you the refill is NOT a narcotic. Today I called because I have a fever and sore throat , the receptionist tells me no appointments until next Wednesday and today is Thursday. How's that for a compassionate caregiver !? I possibly have covid and was NOT even offered to be fit in to be seen . Every time you go there its a new doctor and they have no clue what's going on . I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else for care !!

Old and ghetto office, VERY VERY slow service!! They forgot to give me my paperwork and when requested the guy acts like it's a 4-5 hour process!! WTH?? Do not recommend!! Terrible service from the “front desk receptionist/manager” he is rude, not helpful! I hope they close this location to spare the community of a ratchet and dingy office!!

Been here an hour with my dad who has a broken neck, all we need is the stitches out. No one is here they know he is in pain they are just........ I don't know. Done come here the primary doctor is in Claremore and he is a huge d-bagg
