Everything was great until I found out that the assurance plan I payed extra for they will no longer honor it. I think it’s a bunch of BS! They closed their Tulsa office and said I could have my annual eye exam done in Tulsa and I could send them a copy. This was so they would honor my assurance plan. Found out today they said they merged and the company would no longer honor the plan! The plan that I plaid extra for. This won’t be the last time they hear from me. I’m sure I’m not the only one!

Such a wonderful experience overall . I was very intimidated, to be honest, and just the thought of my eyes being cut by a laser was unnerving! But I will tell you the anxiety was totally unnecessary. The staff makes you feel incredibly comfortable Dr. B was very competent and very reassuring. The whole procedure took less than 15 minutes. My results have been life changing. If you were dealing with anxiety about the procedure, or riding the fence as to whether it is worth it, I tell you to go for it!

I would recommend LASIK surgery to anybody needing to get rid of their glasses and if you're looking for affordable and friendly staff go to Lasik Vision Institute. I am so happy with my vision and the staff is great. My consultant Desarae, never pressured me into purchasing, everything was just a easy process. The doctors really know their stuff and how to make you feel at ease. 5+ stars!!

Went in for a consultation and got the surgery the next week and 3 days later i have better than perfect vision.
