Within 48hrs saw no more pests after a neighbor's infestation tried to re-home in mine and none for the remaining 6 months I was living there! We moved and am about to have them come out again. Emmett is just hard of hearing with certain voice pitches, like mine. With patience comes great reward! The quality of the service is well worth the price which is comparable to places like terminix. They return calls within 24hrs. Will continue using them for all pest needs! Owner is rude and unprofessional. Also does not seem to be very knowledgeable about the extermination business. Take your business elsewhere unless you like being berated.

Called for a quote, the owner sounded drunk, was belligerent and hung up on me twice. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of dealing with the lack of professionalism.
