        I wish I could give less than one star. Technicians spend a few minutes, no matter what they document. When you call, mangers could care less. If you enjoy pests and rodents, you found your place. Use a can of Raid and a mouse trap. More effective and economical. Horrible experience.

        Right before Easter I received an email from Alta that said they would be out Saturday for my scheduled pest treatment. No one came or called or emailed! I called Alta on Monday was told they would be here Friday, today. At about 2pm today I called & spoke with Ashley & she said they would be here today. Well I called again about 5:39 pm & talked with a guy. He said I had been rescheduled for next Friday. Who did that & when, he had no answer!!!!!! I informed him NO more Fridays! My service couldnt be done Monday , put me on hold then said they would be here on Tuesday, SURE!!! ALTA PEST CONTROL this is bad business for me & I dont like it at all!!! SHAME on YOU

        Alta Pest Control always does a wonderful job with our quarterly inspections and mosquito treatments. They are very knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have. I have never had a bad experience and will continue using their services. Thank you for your hard work!

        It was quarterly service and service man did not complete the job. He said he didnt have access to the back yard but the gate is always open. And it was pouring down rain. Not sure how much pest controls happened for my $119.00 .
