Came in at 7 (store closes at 9) to spend my $450 gift card that I bought from a friend. I wanted to try the different fits of shirt before I bought 10 of them for work since they were on sale for 39. Was rushed and made to feel horrible for making the sales guy unpin a medium and large in each fit. He said, he’s be there until 1AM putting them back. I will be going to the other location to spend my card, then back to see the trusty and courteous staff at Men’s warehouse.

My husband has always gotten his shirts from Jos A Bank. This was my first time at this location yesterday. Very clean, well organized, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Not to mention the lovely jazz music playing. I had to exchange the some of the shirts I got yesterday, and I had absolutely no problems. Let me say, the staff make this place awesome, and I’ll most certainly be going to this location and this location only. Highly recommend!!

I have been shopping with Jos A Banks since I was in college, and every single year one of my favorite things to do is buy something new that I will wear for the rest of my life. At this point both locations in Tulsa have served me very well through great customer service, fantastic prices, exceptional quality, and always give me a reason to return. I absolutely love the clothing, and feel that it has changed the way I feel about myself. I would recommend either store to any gentleman looking to outfit themselves.

I just left and was so disappointed in the customer service. We were the only customers in the store and there was ZERO customer service. There were comments made that were completely unprofessional and I will not walk in that store again. Also, my husband ordered his suit from here for our destination wedding to find on the morning of our wedding that there were no pants in the grooms bag. It was a disaster.
