        Absolutely terrible. Uses their monopoly from Saint Francis and St. John's to create a racketeering ring. If only insurance would make dealing with other DME providers a priority.

        This is by far one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. They lie and blame delays on insurance when they never even processed our referral until we called repeatedly for a status. Clearly they have issues based on their reviews, at some point they may want to address the issues within their office. Whether they are understaffed or just have horrible management it is ridiculous.
