Gloria, our Rep, who took our appointment, was so sweet and genuine. Faith, our nurse who helped check my sister in was also really nice and understanding.
And Amber, the physician who checked us out, gave my sister a very good check-up and helped my sister feel better with a professional opinion and so on ^^
It was a genuine nice time there, we would definitely reccomend these people if you get a chance!!

Our baby doctor was very nice but he sent us down to the lab to get some blood drawn and tested first woman poked him twice in the left foot and had him bleeding out of two different spots and still couldnt get blood in the tube then she had another woman come In and poke him a third time on his heel of his foot had blood on her gloves all on his foot and on his clothes but 15 minutes after this woman came in she stoped and said she couldnt get enough blood in the tube but had it all over the place and keep this in mind our baby is 3 days old screaming for 30+ minutes the lab people were a complete joke they told us they couldnt do it and to go to the children hospital to pull some blood and didnt say another word to us very unprofessional very messy, rude, unknowledgeable about what they are doing I guess places like these are so desperate they just hand out license very disappointed with Saint Francis and how they treated us and our baby

If you want to waste time and money go to this place. Paramedic was first person I saw and he said I wouldnt get any medicine unless they had a positive strep test. I thought that was really weird, cause hes not a doctor and cant prescribe medicine. I waited an hour only for doctor or whoever she was only to refuse to offer me anything other than honey for my throat. I could barely talk and she suggested Sudafed D cause she thought my sore throat was being cause by a nasal drip, despite me mentioning that my daughter had a bacterial infection and had been given steroids. I also told her I was not congested and no runny nose, and she said, well, what else could it be?!? When the so-called doctor asks you to provide a diagnosis of why your sick, you know their an idiot.

Great place. Accepts walk-ins or scheduled appointments. I came in for a scheduled appointment not realizing I scheduled it for the next day but they still got me in as a walk-in fairly quickly. Staff was great and my medical issue was treated quickly.
: As a side note their website is clean and easy to use for making scheduled appointments ect. They also do virtual visits.
