        Ive been a customer of Time for a long time and have not had any issues until recently! Apparently their credit reporting system had a glitch and reported my account as 30 days past due when in fact I was not past due at all!! This action resulted in a 55 point drop in my credit score! I mentioned this to staff and theyre were non-responsive!! Saying they have nothing to do with that! Im like you all need to contact Corporate or something because this is not right!! I am upset and very disappointed!! Doubt Ill be renewing with them in the future!
