        It takes multiple emails to get a response, they are very rude on the phone when trying to discuss options, and when I try to explain anything I get told that "that's not how our workers comp works", even though I follow workers comp guidelines. I advise to have your claim handled by a different company. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
