        For Brandi Wood, at the very least, unprofessional... Was rear-ended by THEIR client, and they tried to make us get cheap aftermarket parts, instead of factory for our BRAND NEW TRUCK, that's our main vehicle to keep our BABY safe. NEVER asked about my husband's wellbeing. They have resorted to texting, and cannot be bothered to call.. even though I have told them multiple times we are waiting on birth of baby, to determine if everything is alright.. they do NOT listen, nor respect the fact that this was ENTIRELY their clients fault (police report to prove). Instead, try to scam and shortchange. Glad we've never had to resort to using this insurance company...
