If I could give a negative review, it would be a -5. After working for the company for nine years, I was let go for not performing up to standards. Management is horrible. In order to cover their backside, they put it off on the workers that are there. Very unfairly justified thrown into a job with not the proper training. Definitely would not ever recommend anyone to this company. I am very disappointed.

Ron use to be our sales guy and he was good. We had no complaints he took care of us and was on top of everything. Since Ron has left we have yet to get a decent sales rep. The communication, delivery times, and simple communication is very poor. If we ran our business like this we would be out of business. No one takes accountability for the mistakes and miscommunication. If we could find another vendor we would have already dropped them as a supplier. When I stated this to our current sales rep., I aske for management he said "good luck with that". Not dependable, recommend not doing business if you can get your products somewhere else

Berendsen Fluid power Inc. Poor quality of leadership and training. The structure is extremely micromanaged, Books they have for you to work with are all are 10+years out of date.

Don't work for them, they'll do the best they can to cheat you out of time and money..
