Warren Clinic Neurology

Had to wait almost a year for an appointment. Then a month before the appointment I get a call saying they were canceling because the Dr does not handle my diagnosis. I was told that they apologize it took them almost a year to figure that out and that none of the other Dr there could help because none handle my diagnosis. My health issue is severe and we couldnt believe that we had to wait so long in the first place and now I have to start all over because you cant get into any neurologist without almost a year wait. In another year it might be to late to reverse any damage already done and will make it potentially life threatening. If they do not treat my diagnosis then they should not have made the appointment in the first place.

The most unprofessional medical practice I have ever dealt with!. I waited 9 months to get my mother in after a referral from her you guessed it St Francis doctor they call it a pink referral. They call the day before the appointment after waiting 9 months and said the doctor has stomach flu and cancels. They reschedule 9 days later, 3 hours before the appointment I call to confirm and they say its been canceled and ask like you didnt get the call no I did not,be cause you never called. Apparently my mother had seen another doctor in that practice for neuropathy a year prior with out my knowledge. So they say she needs to go to him. After waiting 9 months they tell me this. No body in the office management bothered or cared to read their own notes in the computer to make this aware to me. When you call this office it rings forever and then they put you hold for ever. This has been my experience with St Francis Neurology.

Absolutely despicable patient care! If you want to be a number, this is the place. Don't dare think of going for a second opinion elsewhere for the most important decisions in your life...your health, or you will be dropped!! They should be ashamed!

Son went there for a mri 2 weeks ago never heard a call back. Everytime I call i will be hold for 10 minutes before the phone just hangs up, and then I have to call back.
