I hired Midtown Plumbing through Home Depot to install a new toilet and remove the old one because it wasnt flushing properly. Upon arrival they looked at the old toilet and immediately knew what the problem was. Even though it was an easy fix, I decided to go ahead with the install, since I already had the new toilet. The installation went fast and works beautifully. I love the updated look of the toilet. I will call Midtown Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and highly recommended them. Can you believe this guy? Home Depot referred him and supposedly did a background check on him. He called me first to install a lock on my front door. I spoke with him over the phone about the job and he told me that it would be $56.50 to change the lock. Instead he sent his inexperienced son who did a shoddy job installing the lock. His son got lost then added a $30 trip charge to the bill. I called Jerry about what his son did and he said don't worry about it. So I wrote the check for the higher amount. His son left that day. I questioned myself about that check and I stopped payment. Ever since that day, Jerry has been texting me and now, emailing me about the check. Yesterday, I called Home Depot and they didn't know the guy. According to this email, Jerry is being a cyber bully toward me and demanding that I send him a check for a higher amount or else he will carry this thing even further in the court system. Whatever you do, don't hire Jerry from Midtown Maintenance in Tulsa. I just can't believe what this guy is doing. It's been a nightmare to deal with him!

Called to get a quote for a small job wanted to charge 75$ for a quote... avoid at all cost... And to your reply I absolutely needed the work done the title company needed a quote so they could cut the check... you assume too much...
