Oklahoma Royal Homes built my new home for me. Tim worked with me to design the house that would fit my needs. The design is great. Since I did not live in the area. Tim and his team took care of everything for me. I mention to everyone, they didnt just build a house for me. They built a place I call home Thank you for building it for me.

Okla Royal Homes has recently built a home for us and we are very pleased with job they did. Tim helped us modify an existing plan to meet our needs, made houses available they had built for us to look at for ideas. They kept us updated through the process and were responsive to our needs. We love our home and would highly recommend them.

Oklahoma Royal Homes is truly a custom homebuilder. the owner Tim Martin is amazing to work with, not only does he have experience he also has engineer schooling as well, which makes him invaluable , his knowledge and expertise were needed for my build. my house was a custom house we came up with with an architect so as to not worry about flooding anymore since we live in a floodplain. trying to find a builder to even build our house was a challenge, most custom home builders aren't custom. they have a couple floorplans you can pick from but that's it. not Tim, he saw our vision in our blueprints right away and was very eager to build our dreamhouse. his superintendent Layne is amazing as well, he held our hands thru the whole process and was super easy to work with, he added value to Tim's team. all the subcontractors were great, special shout out to Manny, he was the electrician and his work was top notch and he along with all the other subs really helped us when we needed suggestions. if you are looking for a homebuilder, i could not recommend Tim and Oklahoma Royal Builders with any more enthusiasm, if you want a house built right, built tight and built to last you have found your builder at Oklahoma Royal Homes.
