        The clerk was very nice when I dropped the clothes off, but when I came to pick the two items up, neither one was clean at all. I spent $30 and they held one of the pieces an extra day, but couldn't get either one clean and left a little tag that said "Sorry, nothing we can do." I wasn't given my money back or offered a discount. Over all, not a good experience.

        I have been coming here for 5 years and every time it's great! They give coupons and the people that work there are always great to work with!

        First time using them and they ripped a hole in my dress shirt in the chest. They require a receipt for any claims above $25 so I will not be getting a full refund for the shirt that they ripped. Also, my tie had a stain on it when I got it back. Only got 2 stars because the guy behind the counter was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault that my shirt was ripped & that I wasn't getting a full refund.
