        Quick to look at the machine. Serviceman was not the right person to assess the machine. Therefore he did assure me that the next day someone would come and take a look at it. After looking at it they determine that they did not have the parts to fix it. I understand them to say they could not get the parts but I was able to order a part to fix machine. I appreciate the quick service call I just need to let you know that you may need to check for yourself about parts.
