        After procedure was finished, the Dr. was unsure what to bill my insurance. The invoice sat on a desk for a period of time, then it was submitted incorrectly, being rejected. The invoice sat again on a desk while the billing year expired. When submitted correctly to my insurance company it was rejected because it was "last year's claim." My flex would not cover it as it was deemed as "previous year". I'm currently making payments out of pocket!
