Victory Stoneworks put granite in three bathrooms in our house. They did outstanding work they were reasonably price and they delivered when they said they would deliver. The installation was without flaw.  We plan to use them for another house that we have Drue redo the bathroom countertops.  Ginger was very good to work with and I really loved her installation team.

Installed a new granite top on our island, had a hard time finding a slab to fit the dimensions but Ginger spent a lot of time helping to find. Finished product looks great, very satisfied

We made the mistake of trusting Victory Stoneworks owner Ginger by paying in full for our Ruvati RHV8555 sink under the promise it would be ordered immediately. That was early July 2018.  It was backordered and promised by August. August came and went and nothing. We have left numerous phone messages, talked to store employees and visited the store more time than I care to remember. To date, December 28, 2018, we still do not have our sink and do know the distributor in Austin, TX has contacted them, that it is in, and for them to authorize shipment. On this date, we again visited the store only to get the standard reply "they are out measuring". We have filed a complaint with the BBB and if the sink is not in our possession or our money is not refunded by December 28, 2018, other actions including legal if necessary are to be pursued. My recommendation is not to do business with this company. Don't expect them to answer their phone or return text or phone messages.
