Biltmore Homes of Tulsa

The owner is a very difficult person to deal with during construction but home turned out very nice. Once the project was completed and Biltmore was paid in full, I had a sub-contractor place a lien on my home because Biltmore failed to pay the sub. Biltmore refuses to pay the sub and refuses to help me get the lien removed. I have been in my new home for 90 days now, and Biltmore did not return to complete items on the punch list. I had to do them myself.

I am in the process of renovating a home (which has surveillance cameras covering every square inch of the property) and have a large dumpster in the driveway. To my surprise one day, I come to realize my dumpster has been filled by someone else. I got to investigating and located several boxes with shipping labels/ account names on them with Keith Sprik all over it, including Lowes, Home Depot and Winn Nelson. Assuming it was his sub contractors that did it, I reached out to Keith (on a recorded phone call) to notify him. He arrogantly stated "nope it was me, I didn't know who owned the dumpster, Ive been waiting on a phone call". He did attempt to pay me, after he commented several crimes. Im assuming he does this on a regular basis and just doesn't get caught. If he cheats out on a $400 dumpster for a job site, imagine what corners he will cut building your home. Sadly, this guy is actually a family friend (he just didn't know who's dumpster it was). Charges are currently being filed against him for theft of services, trespassing and illegal dumping.

The quality of the work at Biltmore Homes of Tulsa is always exceptional. Biltmore Homes have been a pleasure to work with and are very professional in their trade. I highly recommend Biltmore if you are thinking about building a new home.
