        They are building a home next to ours and I have caught there contractors using our electricity and water during construction several times. One of the times the construction crew also got hostile with me telling me they could use it if they wanted to! I tried calling the owner and spoke to him several times and he reassured me that it wouldnt happen again. We even told them that if someone came and asked us each time when they needed to use the utilities we pay for, we would probably be OK with them using it. If this is the type of behavior their workers have during construction, I can only imagine the type of corners their cutting building the house...
