        This may have been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had at a dry cleaner, or perhaps anywhere. I spent $140.00 on drycleaning and ask if I could use a coupon on my phone, explaining that I was in the process of moving and did not have the capability to "print" a paper coupon. I was very rudely replied to with, "Stacy will NOT allow me to accept anything but a paper coupon". So first time and LAST time I will use Waterstone cleaners. May I remind "Stacy" that we live in a digital age, things such as coupons can be scanned off a mobile device. AND, a successful business model is based more on customer service than any other factor.
