I went to this restaurant and the lady at the cash register charged me more money than my food item cost on the menu and when speaking with the fry cook in Cantonese she said that Im a horrible person and to scrape up some leftovers and put some hair in it and then put it in a tiny box, she then told me I would have to leave to eat it because Im not her friend (this part was in English) I promptly asked for my money back and then left without saying anything rude. After all the times Ive supported the Asian American community and everything Ive done to help Asian Americans overcome prejudice this incident appalled me. I could not believe how hateful the people in this restaurant were. I hope these people get shut down for health code violations.

Ordered from inside, they cooked our order fresh. I'm currently eating it right now it's very good food. Super friendly staff.

me and a friend went in for a quick lunch today. the lady that took our order over the phone was very friendly however when we walked into the first set of doors there was this horrible sewer smell. we got our food but couldn't help but notice it didn't smell to good. when we got to work my friend tasted hers first and then spit it out and said it had a weird after taste. i tried it as well and had the same weird after taste. the food didn't smell so great either. everything just smelled like sewer and tasted like the rice had been cooked in bad water or something. The chicken was mushy like doughy and it had a bad after taste like it had been sitting for too long before it got cooked. i called to politely tell the lady the food didn't taste good and she said no one else has told her that. she said bring the food back uneaten and i explained we had to taste it to know it was bad. its an hour before i get off and i really just want my money back. we ended up having to door dash lotaburger which was so refreshing after the putrid taste.
