Avis and Budget Corporate Office

They rent DEATH TRAPS to veterans and refuse refunds. I am a military veteran and I rented this truck to drive 20 hours across country for a move. Mohammed nicely stated it was one of his best trucks and that it was very clean. After a few hours into my trip I noticed that the steering wheel was pulling to the right, therefor directing me into the guard rails of the highway or the next lane over. A few more hours into my trip I had to force the steering wheel to the left with my bodyweight to keep from crashing. It was absolutely terrifying and put me in danger! Also, the windows constantly fogged. I tried to use the windshield wipers to fix this (as well as during rainshowers) and they sounded like NAILS ON A CHALKBOARD, metal on metal. The drop off employees stated this is probably because there were no wiper blades or it was just very old.... even more dangerous. Lastly, the truck was dirty and EVERYTHING was sticky. I want my money back and customer service in Oklahoma offered me $50, what a JOKE. This was the worst experience with Budget I have ever had. I will never use Budget or Avis again.
