Horrible experience in general, complete unwillingness to work out a proper solution, was told I agreed to an unauthorized change in my account by making a payment on a previous balance BEFORE the change. 0/10 do not bank here!

Commerce bank in General are the worst people to do business with.. Us as business owners cancel and parked one of our work vans for 23 days.. due to a new employee to add on the Policy.. well here comes commerce bank adding $450 dollars for that time period.. really?! The worst part is all they do is send this Nasty emails about it .. you cant even talk to a real person..Will move all our work trucks with ALLY as we already have business with and they been awesome!!!! GOOD FOR ALLY!!
