Here from out of town for a sporting event... our wheel bearing went out. This gentleman not only gave a ride back to the event during the repair, but called us & picked us up when it was done! Very fair price also!! Thank you for making what was a huge worry this morning... so much easier!

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST After going to a commercial chain for an oil change and receiving some bad news from them, I brought my vehicle to Certified Mechanics Car Care Center for a second opinion, $40 inspection, and the mechanic here completely contradicted every repair recommendation that I received at the other place. After inspecting the vehicle, 1) he explained what wasn’t bad enough to be worth fixing, 2) what was in fine working condition with no repair needed, 3) what was the more probable and reasonable cause for the oil leak and how the oil leaking down from the top of the engine was coating the lower part of the engine giving the possibly erroneous impression of a lower level engine leak, and 4) explained how one of the other place’s recommended repair packages describes fixing a part that doesn’t exist in my vehicle. He was very good at explaining all these points and answered my questions. The second opinion saved me from expensive and unnecessary repairs at the other place.
