        They did great on the repairs but the communications part on update was could've been better

        Couldnt get an estimate written & very rude . No signs of professionalisms nor could l get them to contact my insurance company for clarification concerning my claim. My phone had died & l asked them to call my insurance company & they replied emphatically NO. Will not be trusting them with my vechicle!

        Made an appointment and came in but was told to wait. After waiting for so long decided to go somewhere else and was finally told that his secretary walk out that i can come back 30 minute later if i still want my car to be estimated. Bad customer service and communication i wouldnt trust leaving my car there for repair if they wont even let you know or inform you of any changes
