Vernon has been out to my house 3 times to repair an appliance. My refrigerator was leaking and he took one part off and couldnt figure it out. He said I need to call him when its currently leaking or he cant fix it. I pointed to the location of where the water is coming from. It took my brother with no experience 10 minutes to figure out the issue. I asked him to look at my ice maker and he said that would be another charge. Well my ice maker is why I had a leak under my wood floors. He appears lazy. We paid Vernon to fix our outdoor mini fridge. We had to call him to come out again because it was never repaired. Its still not working. We were under the impression it was free to come repair it again. They charged us $120 and it cant be fixed. He claims they dont sell the part to fix it anymore. If I would of known I would of been charged I would have contacted a different company. Vernon is incredibly rude and in the wrong profession. He cant fix anything and acts irritated if you ask him to repeat or explain anything. I will make sure our neighborhood page doesnt hire anyone from Appliance Solutions.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing a new clothes washer (whirlpool) from Jackie at Appliance Solutions. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in search of home appliances. 5 out of 5 !!!

We bought a dishwasher there 2 years ago. Great prices, friendly personnel and thinking of remodeling next year. Stoves, ovens and refrigerators, oh my. Lol
