Mark's Heating & AC

Of course my air had to go out out on a 90 degree high humidity day. Called Mark and he was here within an hour as promised (on a Saturday) (had another service call to go to first). No drama; fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend him and I will be using him again.

Called Mark on a hot mid 90's afternoon when I came home and our ac'c outside unit was not working. He had me describe what it was doing, and he told me to turn it off until he could get here- about an hour and a half. He arrived right when he said he, figured it out quickly and fixed the problem and got us up and running for the hot weekend that was forecast. Great service and reap ally cares about his customers - a rare quality this day and age. Thnx

I paid for a five year service agreement with Marks Heating and Air. H told me that included 2 service calls a year and that he would take care of everything related to the heat and air conditioning during that 5 years. He did not try to contact me after more than a year I called him. He said I had to call him, he does not keep records. When I called him he couldn't come out for quite a while. When he came out he would not change the filters. I specifically asked him when I paid him for the service contact if he was going to change the filters, he said he would. He had to put Freon in the ac after only one year, I suspect he sold me second rate equipment or did a poor job of installing it. I will not let him come back to my house even though I have paid him.
