If I could give a zero I would. I have been waiting on 2021 tax returns since last tax season. So I called the office to find out what is going on. Took me four calls, to finally get in touch with someone.everytime I called before they told me they were doing payroll , and they would call me back. Never happened so after three weeks I called them AGAIN. I ask about , how much I owed them, how my returns looked. Guess what?? My taxes have not been filed as of 12/09/2022. Unbelievable, so had I waited for them to return my calls, I would still have no idea about returns my.taxes. Then she started to tell me what she would do, when I hung up the phone. Terrible service, no excuse for this none

The worst! Rude! They entered the wrong routing number, no idea where my refund is and act like it's my fault. Amber has the worst customer service skills!

Ive been doing my taxes here since I was 18 and I have had zero disappointment with them. I highly recommend you give them a try. They are always so sweet and caring. Jennifer is always willing to take the time to answer questions and help me along the way!
