Great food! I ordered the shrimp tacos and it was perfect! Perfect ratio of shrimp, sauce, and toppings. Way better than I anticipated coming from a fast food joint. Will be coming back.

We lived on the East Coast for several years and was thrilled when a Long John Silver's was built close enough to visit at least once a week. We quickly learned to expect fast service, pleasant and healthful employees and above all delicious, perfectly cooked fish which we always got without fail, regardless of how busy they were.
When we moved to Oklahoma and chose Tahelquah we were pleased to see there was a LJS, our favorite seafood fast service place here. We have given this place far more chances then it deserves, always finding an excuse for why the service sucked, or the fish was soggy and dripping grease or the order was wrong but last night was the final straw!
5/28/14 6pm - took over 30 mins from the time we walked in to the time we got our order and left. The "manager" and I use that term lightly.. was rude, snapping and the employees and customers, she had 1 obviously new trainee alone on the counter who was totally lost. If she asked for help was told to just figure it out! Our order had to be redone 3 times to get it right ( it was the family dinner special! so nothing added on or complicated) and then got home with soggy greasy fish that had been cooked in old oil so it tasted burnt, fries tasted like the fish..... it was just basically unfit to eat. We will NOT be going back there EVER!

Service is always terrible. Extremly terrible. The people working make constant mistakes and plan on them taking forever. I like the franchise, but avoid this place.

Fish dnt taste like chicken..its good and the service is also good
