Terrible communication, rude on the phone, almost as if we were bothering him. Close to a year trying to get a bid to either get our church sign updated or replaced. Never returned any calls and only responded to an e-mail 8 months later AFTER I had to e-mail them again. From the e-mail he sent, he infers that he responded which he never did. After coming recommended to us, I have to say I was not very impressed with this business.

Irwin Custom Sign Company is not your fly by night sign shop. This company has been around a long long time which speaks volumes. We have never had an issue with service or quality and they are a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them more.
