        Spotty service that disconnected 3-4 times every few hours. Multiple maintenance calls that never fixed the issue... And then when you call to disconnect the service they offer about 10 different "deals" to keep your business and drag the process on as long as possible

        Well where do I start the service is unstable you don't get the speeds you paid for you call them gat transfered straight to India and you bill increases every month went from $50 6 Months ago to just now $95.52 reasons unknown then charged another $500 Dollars to my card that I had to claim as fraud they are crooks and a Monopoly

        This company is HORRIBLE!!! If you can avoid using these people do so!!! 3 days without cable/internet that I am paying for and they are sorry for any I conscience. Use anyone but them, if at all possible. I live in a small town and have no other choice!
