Top Shelf Botanicals

12/14/22 Went in to purchase some flower not knowing this store has recently been bought out and rebranded as Top Shelf Botanicals, I purchased a 1/4 Oz of Master Kush for $35, found 6 seeds within breaking down ONE GRAM. Naturally being frustrated and wanting to provide feedback, I called the store and spoke with one of their employees and upon informing him of my concerns he simply said Im sorry sir, some weed will just have seeds in it. Im not sure how I can help you with that - Poor quality flower - Highly overpriced and non-competitive pricing for the product youre receiving - Poor customer service from this particular employee (very dismissive and genuinely unconcerned with engaging or even speaking to me, immediately jumped to a dismissive POV and said he couldnt help me, even though I didnt ask for help I just called to inform them their products are bad quality) - Not only is buddy WRONG that some weed will have seeds in it, hes WRONG for being dismissive and providing poor customer service with zero follow up or concern to alleviate the issue or let his employer / owner know. Im not stressing about $36, or the 6 seeds, Im not stressing about anything matter of fact, Im writing this review to let others know this store no longer provides quality products and has also increased their pricing across the board under new ownership / management. 0/100 for customer service, cannot stress enough how dismissive and unconcerned this particular employee was. I will make sure to never recommend this store to any of my peers and furthermore will let people know why! F-, 0/100, will never shop here again.

Friendly, lots of good deals. It's become my go-to due to their quality to pricing for flower and concentrate.
