      Hi Carl, we appreciate your response, but are sorry that we are unable to meet your expectations. We certainly made an effort to explain that a missed monthly payment resulted in you falling behind on the policy billing. I know over the course of the policy period; you had issues with your bank account as well and we tried to be understanding of that situation, but eventually the premium has to be paid. I believe we have done everything possible to be helpful and understanding.
