I bought a shed from better built and my shingles on the roof have started to fall off of the shed. I have not even had the shed a year. I bought it at the fair last year and did not receive it for at least 3 months after the purchase (not better built fault) after my shingles started falling off they told me to email the repair side of the company and I never heard back. I called the main office back and they told me I would just have to wait. There is only one repair guy. Needless to say I have had to fix shingles twice on the shed and they still are falling off in places I havenâ€™t fixed not to mention the ramp they made for $100 is garbage. DO NOT BUY A BUILDING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Save your money.
