Went for a weld test and they didnt give me enough time to complete the weld test in the proper manner. 1 inch thick plate flux core I needed time to let the beads cool down once I reached the cap and I didnt have enough time so the cap beads were too hot. Also the tools they provided were not good enough for the task. Didnt even have a wire brush or chipping hammer. The grinders were air blowers and super weak.
