BeckyDeWayne did not tell you one thing then another. We installed your aerobic septic system around 1 year ago and we have not heard from you until recently. You called wanting to add an additional tank to your aerobic system that was installed almost a year ago. I guess you were happy with the initial work that was done since no feedback was given until today. Truth of the matter is you were under the misconception that the total cost to install the additional tank would be $900.00 however, during the phone conversation today DeWayne clarified that the total cost would be $2500.00 not $900.00 and this did not make you happy. He told you that the $900.00 was for labor cost only. A tank alone is over $1200.00, that does not include any type of delivery fees or fittings to install the additional tank. No additional work was done for you, you just weren't happy with the confirmation of the quote you were given over the phone.We are not in the business to install tanks for free or no profit at all. We do not pay people to do their work which if we charged you $900.00 we would be doing since the material cost are more than $900.00 alone, our employee's are not expected to work for free to make customers happy. This company has been in business for over 25 years in the town of Sand Springs, we are a small family owned reputable company that appreciates business from people that aren't expecting us to go broke working for them. The $2500.00 you were quoted to install an additional tank was a fair price and you can confirm that with anyone in this industry. In fact, if you would have gotten me on the phone for the quote it would have been about $500.00 more since we are having to mobilize back out to your home to do a second install. God has provided and blessed our family, this company and its employees for well over 25 years and your prayers are much appreciated. You called a man on the phone and basically told him he was a liar and a cheat so No... he does not want your business and that is what you were told. Respect earns respect and calling someone a liar and a cheat is very disrespectful. Once you did that there was no need to carry on with the conversation but you however would not take the answers given and wanted to continue to argue about the issue so yes, he hung up on you as the conversation was going no where. We do not wish to work for people who are already arguing about the cost of a job before we are even given the job. We deal with the public daily, we cannot make every person we come into contact with happy even though we try to do our best to do so.
