Waiting over an hour to be seen is ridiculous when there were only 3 people in the waiting area.

I've been using this clinic for over a decade and it's been a mixed bag. Their pharmacy is great. Their dental clinic is understaffed and overbooked and it's impossible to be seen when you have a dental emergency. Their optometry clinic is fantastic. PT was good the little bit I've done there. The NPs I've seen over the year have ranged from amazing to not so great. I had chronic pain they wrote off as "just anxiety" for years. I stopped coming to the clinic all together for a time because I was tired of being gaslit. Being Chickasaw I get free care here so after some time of researching and becoming increasingly convinced I was actually sick I came back and asked for a referral which they gave me. The outside doctor confirmed my suspicions, gave me a proper diagnosis and ever since then the Chickasaws have done very well by me.
