        Ive been with Farmers in Pryor for yrs and today I was yelled at n hung up on for asking about the progress of my vehicle. I was run off the road and it was determined no fault. My agent is supposed to be the person I go to with concerns is she not? I asked her 5 times to please lower her voice before she insulted me n hung up on me. Very unprofessional indeed. I should not be blamed for the fact that another person cannot keep their temper in check.
