Challenged milage. They showed photo claiming previous returned milage. So, I said let's settle the bill. They told me I'd have to wait for the manager, refusing to settle bill. So I left and will deal with them through my bank. Holding customer hastage, unwilling to settle payment. Very unethical and disrespectful of customers!

Great customer service!
Friendly and polite staff was very helpful in making my truck rental decision. Size really is important.
Affordable rates. Boxes for sale. Dollys for rent also make moving heavy stuff a breeze. My truck ran great and got decent gas mileage. A very pleasant experience.
