T mobile can't manage to get a bill sent out. Been with t mobile for 4 months. I've asked for mailed billing it has not happened I get a text that says my bill is late and that's the only notification that I get. I've call the 800 number and have been in the store. Both have been unsuccessful. Very disappointed

Casey the manager was very knowledgable aa well as very friendly. A true professional. Id rather have root canal than deal with cell phone companies. Casey made the experience painless and stress free.
