We attended my sister's viewing and was absolutely appalled at her appearance. We didn't even recognize her. There was no pillow under her head, nasal plugs were visible, no makeup, the lining was falling down (it looked as though her hand got caught and pulled it down), she was laying crooked in the casket and I could go on and on. I would strongly advise you to go somewhere else, especially if you care about your loved one. I actually would give it zero stars, if it were possible.

When you have to plan a funeral, you are at the saddest part of your life. From the Funeral Director to the secretaries, the people at Grace Memorial Chapel are the most compassionate and loving people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to truly help you through this difficult time. My husband passed away almost two months ago and they are still checking on me to see how I am doing. I recommend them to everyone. The people at Grace Memorial Chapel are Angels.
