    My family orders delivery from Thunder City Eatery at least once or twice a month. However, that's probably changing. We've had a few issues with orders on occasion (wrong toppings on the pizza, or toppings missing, and like someone else mentioned, problems with beverages), but the restaurant has made it right (either by delivering the wrong item after the fact or by crediting our account). However, tonight, I had a new issue. I usually order online. After ordering, I realized I forgot to add an item. I called, asking them to add it ... The person taking my order kindly did so, but then added a second delivery fee to forgotten item. I asked why and the reason the girl on the line gave is that it goes through an entirely different baking system and she couldn't modify it. I asked why she couldn't deduct the fee from the new order ... and she said they didn't do that. She wouldn't omit the fee over the phone. I suspect she might not have known how to do it ... or she didn't want to. Either way, I'm paying a double delivery fee for one delivery. I'm not happy about this. Their food is decent enough, and they deliver to my neighborhood and most other places don't because of our semi-remote location. It's just regular run-of-the-mill pizza, nothing to write home about. But my kids like it and my husband likes the calzones. I have a large family and make large purchases whenever we order ... so my pizza delivery orders are probably larger than most. This is kinda it for me. I like supporting local businesses, but I'm willing to pay more for hometown kindness and personal service, something that's lacking at this establishment. I guess I'll be going back to ordering from the chain restaurant, because they've never charged me double delivery when I had a similar issue with them. UPDATE: Upon receiving the order on the date of this review, one of my pizzas was baked on the wrong crust, and my salad was bagged with wings ( making the lettuce warm and wilted upon arrival).
