When I started my functional medicine journey I was in a very difficult place. Functional Nutrition Resources has the most supportive, holistic, encompassing program I have ever seen. They not only help you take control of your health, and understand the root cause of your issues, they also teach you week after week, more and more how to empower yourself for the rest of your life. The cost of functional care sometimes makes people hesitate, but as someone who was paying to remain sick, the cost of wellness and getting your life back, is far less then what you spend when you are chronically ill or in pain. If you are on the fence, all I can say is take the leap, you won't regret it.

My journey with FNR began with a desperate feeling to it. I have since learned that people come with pretty much the same feeling. Conventional treatment of symptoms was not yielding the results that patients had hoped for. I had a variety of symptoms - brain fog, tiredness, gut discomfort, nausea, inflammation. I had attended a webinar that Jeanette led concerning inflammation, and she used a phrase that caught my attention. Using food as medicine - what a great idea. I contacted FNR, filled out paperwork, had an interview, and I was on my way to feeling better. I found the staff at FNR to be sympathetic, and very well informed about the issues I was trying to eliminate. I began to see small changes, but very consistent changes. Overall, I have seen some very positive changes in my body, and my overall health. I highly recommend their services.

My experience with FNR has been a eye opener I have gone through a change mentally and physically I look at eating and foods differently now I was so tired alot of the time I have my energy back and have lost 20lbs. Thank you FNR for understanding my ups and downs and being patient with me.Im extremely glad I went through this program.
