Completely HORRID existence of a store. I have never in my life had such a horrid experience with anything else before. Something cracked my computer screen so I took it to Atlas thinking it would take a couple weeks and a couple hundred dollars to replace it with a simple new screen. I went in like four days before Christmas and ended up having to wait 3 weeks later until they got back from their break before I could even get anyone to take my laptop. I dropped off my laptop, gave them my phone number and was told to wait about a week, I never got a call so I called them about a week and half later in case they needed extra time, apparently they had the wrong phone number and had been trying to call me to tell me they needed to order a new part, fine. A week after that, no call again so this time I waited a little more than two weeks before I drove up to the store to find out what was going on, they lost my number again somehow, and found out I needed to order yet another part because I guess for some reason they don't check into the laptops they are given to fix, and didn't see that the screen was held together by really strong adhesive. AN ADDITIONAL two weeks later and they lose my number AGAIN after I had given it to them twice the last time I saw them, I finally make contact, tell them everything I went through and get my laptop back only to find out a month later, they didn't put the screen in properly. It started falling out and pushed the bottom corner of the frame so when I closed it, it SHATTERED THE SCREEN AGAIN. Never go to them. EVER.

Atlas Broadband is straight up the worst internet service on the damn planet!

Pros: Solid, reliable service, Speedtest consistently meets the speeds that you are paying for. good tech support (USA-based). No Data Cap. Land-based equipment means lower latency. They are probably the cheapest provider of relatively high speed (1.5 to 4.5 Mbps) internet in this part of rural Oklahoma. Cons: Higher prices than folks who live in the city have to pay for landline internet.

Internet service was good several years ago. Now their tower in my area is so congested, pings of 500ms and speeds less than 10% of what I pay for are the norm. Their website now advertises speed packages much faster than what I have for the same price. Honestly, sometimes I consider switching back to dial-up.
