Sometimes you call call and immediately have to hit redial to get the thru. This can easily go for twenty minutes or more without them picking up or it just being busy for twenty solid minutes.

Kats Bus sucks. If either of us gets heat stroke waiting for a ride good luck with being sued if that is the average way y'all do things. The people answering the phone don't want to answer too.

The idiots drove thru my yard for some reason i guess the street isn't big enough for the moron that was driving..next time just wait at the end of the street..don't drive to my house anymore!
